Create a folder named assignment8 in your development environment.
Create a web form that will allow a customer to fill out a complaint about service received. The action of the form must be a PHP script that emails the information entered into the form to an email account and emails the customer that their complaint has been received.
The layout, color choices, use of HTML/CSS and aethetics of the web page(s) created will be used in calculating your grade.
