1. Go to http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gene to find rat insulin II gene and get its FASTA format sequence
2. Go to http://blast.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Blast.cgi
3. Perform blast (basic blast, nucleotide blast, algorithm parameters) search to find similar sequences in Human using the default parameter values

3. Change the values for the following parameters and perform 1 more search
   • Expected threshold
   • World size
   • Match/mismatch scores

• Turn in rat insulin II gene sequence in FASTA format (20 points).
• Turn in the blast search result against Human DNAs using default parameters (70 points).
